We take food allergies very seriously at Parker Place. In addition to maintaining records of all our class participants’ food allergies and sensitivities, we also prominently display a list of the foods that will be utilized in each cooking and nutrition class, so that you can take note of any potential allergens. We also maintain a completely nut-free kitchen. Please note, however, our kitchen does occasionally use eggs, wheat, dairy and soybeans. We ask that you ensure that your child has an Epi-pen available if he/she has a serious food allergy.
