Self-Pay Policies
Parker Place is happy to provide care for patients without insurance coverage or whose insurance is not accepted by our office, and we have established the following self-pay policies specifically for these patients.
Self-Pay Rates
As a courtesy to families who are paying out-of-pocket for their child’s visit, our self-pay rates are discounted from the rates billed to insurers:
New patient medical appointments: $175.00
Follow-up medical appointments: $95.00
Counseling appointments: $150.00 per hourly session
Please note that these rates are subject to change, and families will be notified in advance of their child’s next scheduled appointment of any updates to our self-pay rates.
Payment Terms
Full payment is due at the time of your child’s visit. Parker Place accepts cash, personal checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
Insurance Reimbursement
If Parker Place is not a participating provider with your insurance company, you may choose to submit a request to your insurer for out-of-network reimbursement. Please notify our staff upon checking in for your child’s appointment if you plan to pursue an out-of-network claim, and we can provide you with the necessary documentation from your visit. Please be aware that Parker Place cannot guarantee approval of your reimbursement claim, and makes no warranty regarding any particular insurer’s policies on out-of-network coverage. We strongly encourage you to contact your insurance company directly with any questions you may have.
Updating Insurance Status
In the event that you change insurance carriers to one accepted by our office, or if our office becomes credentialed with your current carrier, we will be glad to begin billing future appointments to insurance. Please keep us informed of your insurance status at each visit.
