At Parker Place, we strive to support all aspects of a child’s health and well-being. We are thrilled to offer the services of Dr. Kimberley Palmiotto, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, for children, adolescents, parents and families struggling to manage various aspects of learning and life.
Please note: Dr. Palmiotto is temporarily unable to accept new clients, in order to ensure schedule availability for her current clients’ ongoing therapy. If you are interested in counseling services for your child or family, please feel free to contact our office to be placed on her waiting list, and we’ll contact you as soon as an appointment becomes available!

Dr. Palmiotto sees kids, teens and young adults (aged 3-21) for one-on-one counseling, in addition to coaching parents and whole families in reducing stress, improving communications and strengthening their relationships.
Psychoeducational Assessments
Dr. Palmiotto conducts psychoeducational assessments to identify your child’s skills and challenges and their unique learning profile, diagnose learning disorders and mental health disorders, and more.
Please note that Dr. Palmiotto is out-of-network with insurance and, as such, is available only on a fee-for-service basis. She accepts payment via cash, check, and all major credit cards, and is happy to provide appropriate documentation to submit to your insurance company if you would like to request reimbursement for out-of-network care.
