GABY CASTRO, FRONT OFFICE COORDINATOR

Gaby Castro joined the Parker Place team in the spring of 2020. As our Front Office Coordinator, Gaby’s top priority is welcoming patients and families to Parker Place and providing an extraordinary service experience. When you visit our office, you’ll usually find Gaby checking patients in and out, scheduling follow-up appointments, assisting with billing operations and marketing, or completing one of the many other tasks that keep our office running smoothly! Gaby is also fluent in Spanish, making her a valuable resource for our growing community of Spanish-speaking families.

Before accepting a position at Parker Place, Gaby worked as a medical receptionist for a physical therapy practice in Riverdale Park, and brings a diverse skill set in customer service and office operations. She currently is certified as a physical therapy aide, in addition to holding certifications in CPR, AED and first aid for infants, adults and children. Gaby’s passion for helping others is something she gets to pursue daily here at Parker Place, and she absolutely loves working with children!

Gaby was born in El Salvador and has lived in Maryland for 19 years. She currently resides in Lanham, where she is the proud parent of a beautiful baby girl (plus three dogs and a Holland lop bunny!) She is also a frequent volunteer at her youngest sister’s school and helps out with after school programs.
