Thank you for your generous offer to “adopt” this Receiving Family! Remember, we are only requesting that you purchase toys/gifts for the children in the family (please provide the same number of gifts, and/or the same approximate value of gifts, for each child!). Providing additional clothing, parent/caregiver gifts, and/or a gift card for groceries/necessities are completely optional, and may be purchased at your discretion and as your budget allows!

 

CHILD #1: D.L.T., GIRL, AGE 17

3 gifts I would love to receive for Christmas:

  1. Hair tools/hair products

  2. Makeup kit/nail polish kit

  3. Stickers and school supplies in the color pink

If a Giving Family wanted to provide clothing (optional):

  • I need any type of clothing in women’s size Large.

My parent/caregiver wanted you to know this about me: I love Hello Kitty and pink is my favorite color.

CHILD #2: A.E.T., GIRL, AGE 14

3 gifts I would love to receive for Christmas:

  1. Hair tools/hair accessories/hairbrush

  2. Makeup kit/perfume

  3. Stickers

If a Giving Family wanted to provide clothing (optional):

  • I need any type of clothing in women’s size Small.

My parent/caregiver wanted you to know this about me: I like dressing in a goth style.

OPTIONAL ITEMS & INFORMATION

If a Giving Family wishes to provide a gift for the parents/caregivers, we would most appreciate the following:

  • Parent/Caregiver #1 (L.R., female): Any clothes in women’s size Large, any hair accessories, hair tools, hairbrush, makeup, winter accessories

If we were to receive a gift card for groceries or necessities, the following stores are most accessible to our family:

  • Wal-Mart

Additional message from the family: “We are just very grateful for everything.”

NOTES FOR GIVING FAMILY:

  • Please remember to bring your gifts to our office no later than 5:00pm on Monday, December 16th!

  • Gifts should be unwrapped; however, donations of wrapping paper, gift bags, etc. are always appreciated!
