Thank you for your generous offer to “adopt” this Receiving Family! Remember, we are only requesting that you purchase toys/gifts for the children in the family (please provide the same number of gifts, and/or the same approximate value of gifts, for each child!). Providing additional clothing, parent/caregiver gifts, and/or a gift card for groceries/necessities are completely optional, and may be purchased at your discretion and as your budget allows!

 

CHILD #1: E.B., BOY, AGE 7

3 gifts I would love to receive for Christmas:

  1. Scooter or bicycle

  2. Helmet/protective gear for scooter/bicycle

  3. Soccer ball

If a Giving Family wanted to provide clothing:

  • The clothing items I most need are any clothes in boys’ size 12 and shoes in kids’ size 3, as well as a backpack for school.

My parent/caregiver wanted you to know this about me:

  • I like Pokemon, plushies, and playing soccer.

CHILD #2: A.B., BOY, AGE 11

3 gifts I would love to receive for Christmas:

  1. Bicycle

  2. Nike gift card

  3. Nike Premier League academic soccer ball

If a Giving Family wanted to provide clothing:

  • The clothing items I most need are any clothes in men’s size Medium and basketball shoes in men’s size 9.

CHILD #3: F.B., BOY, AGE 13

3 gifts I would love to receive for Christmas:

  1. Bicycle

  2. Nike gift card

  3. Basketball

If a Giving Family wanted to provide clothing:

  • The clothing items I most need are any clothes in men’s size Large and basketball shoes in men’s size 11.

My parent/caregiver wanted you to know this about me:

  • I like playing basketball and riding bikes.

OPTIONAL ITEMS & INFORMATION

If a Giving Family wishes to provide a gift for the parents/caregivers, we would most appreciate the following:

  • Parent/Caregiver #1 (Y.B., female): Gift card for food, laundry detergent to wash clothes

  • Parent/Caregiver #2 (F.B., male): Bicycle, gift card for food

If we were to receive a gift card for groceries or necessities, the following stores are most accessible to our family:

  • Wal-Mart

  • Aldi

  • Safeway

Additional message from the family: “We greatly appreciate your help!”

NOTES FOR GIVING FAMILY:

  • Please remember to bring your gifts to our office no later than 5:00pm on Monday, December 16th!

  • Gifts should be unwrapped; however, donations of wrapping paper, gift bags, etc. are always appreciated!
