Meet Our Team

YARA GARCIA, PATIENT SERVICE COORDINATOR

Yara Garcia is our practice’s Patient Service Coordinator, playing a vital role at (and between) our patient's’ visits to our office! Her areas of focus include checking patients in and out for appointments, ensuring our providers are prepared for their patients, and responding to families’ questions via text, phone, and email. She is passionate about helping others and making a difference in people’s lives, which is what led her to pursue her CNA/GNA license.

Before coming to Parker Place in the early summer of 2025, Yara acquired extensive experience in the hospitality field, where her front desk responsibilities mirrored many of her tasks in our office. She also worked in a nursing home, where she developed a deep respect not only for the needs of older adults, but people in general.

Yara was raised on an island in southern Honduras and is bilingual, given that her first language was Spanish! Outside of work, Yara is all about family, especially her 13 wonderful nieces and nephews! She loves spending time with them, especially cheering them on at games and chaperoning school activities.
